As a huge game of thrones fan I find myself dreading the oncoming “Winter is Coming” because now that I live in Rochester, this means a lot of snow! But I think there’s also something quite magnificent about living in the north. I love the mountains and trees.. and in visiting the Florida coastline I couldn’t help but reflect on the similarities between sand and snow despite the completely different chemical makeup. But alas, we’re heading back north all too soon and along with that, winter. Here’s hoping it’s not too long and there’s no white walkers! Lol!
