“For my sister”

This was a special request from my sister who I only get to see and gift things now like once every 2 years. So when she asked for a specific painting – despite it not being my own original concept I agreed wholeheartedly and spent a night trying to do chalkboard calligraphy with paint on canvas – which was surprisingly harder than I thought.
She was thrilled and I’m glad to know that in hanging it above her coffee bar she gets encouragement from it every morning as she has her daily cup(s).
