I painted a yellow flower. It was not my original plan, but just kind of happened in the process of trying to paint a butterfly. But I liked it. Rather than scrapping it I decided to embrace said flower painting and let it take shape or canvas as the case was. It looks a bit like a lily, but lilies have 6 petals and not 4 or 8 as this one could be conceived. And so it is a flower. A yellow and orange flower that doesn’t quite exist though it could.. and does.. on canvas.
