“Color Riot”

An explosion of colors that riots and screams out. That’s to me what this painting represents. I’m a peaceful and quiet individual most of the time. I’ve never particularly learned how to stand up for myself well. I never learned to fight – to scream. Yet it bubbles up inside and cries out – raging and screaming. Sometimes I let it express itself in paint. And that is when I see that it’s not bad or ugly in fact, it’s quite the opposite. A beautiful abstract cry. A vibrant anger.
