“Evening Tide”

It was late, I had wanted to paint since I had woken up that day but hadn’t managed to get around to actually doing it. The scene I wanted to depict was a sunset over the water that glowed with soft and fluffy pink clouds. Initially I wasn’t wholly impressed with the result, but later on, in the glow of a single light the richness of the plums and wine colors emerged and its warmth enveloped me.
