We never realized until recently how fascinating some of the regular aspects of life in Korea could be for others. Take how people move in and out of their homes here. Where we are from, we call a moving van (usually), put everything in it and drive it to another location. They have moving vans here too, but there’s often an extra step involved: the outside elevator crane. The one in this video is a tiny one, but they have ones that literally will hoist big couches and other items up 20 plus floors. It’s incredible.
