Richard here. Steph and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Korean food. We eat often since we live in Korea, but whenever we do eat Korean it’s out in a restaurant since we very rarely cook Korean at home. I say we liberally, because 90% of the time it’s Steph cooking and us eating it. She’s a delightful cook, and I’m not just saying that because I have, even though I do have to if I want to keep getting fed. In the internet age (now) she’s really good at looking up the ingredients we have in the fridge and whipping something tasty up. I’m always the lucky recipient and she’s been improving.
