I love big and colorful fall trees. This was the first of the autumn trees for this year and I’ve already painted several since I made this one. This however is probably the biggest and is inspired in part by a Monet painting I saw in a museum in Pittsburgh and in part by a painting that I made last year that people keep asking about but I’m not willing to part from. I hope that you enjoy this big beautiful tree as much as I do.
