“Neon Queens”

This one comes from our recent trip to NYC for KCON. While we were there we visited my friend Jessi who lives in Queens. Our first night there we walked to a nearby park that overlooked the Queensboro bridge and its image lodged into my brain. There’s something about the joy of getting to hang out with my childhood best friend in a city that never sleeps.. I had to make this one bright and as colorful as my experiences with her are. Despite it being a nighttime scene, I replaced the black with pink – and honestly am quite thrilled with the outcome!
