“Possibilities”

This painting to me has a very similar feeling as ‘Child of Light’. Both have the little shadow dancer that to me expresses my pure inner feelings. This one may not look like much from an initial glance but working up from the bottom of the painting, it puts itself into context. The little Child of Light is standing there with arms outstretched dancing in the midst of fluffy pink cherry blossom trees looking up at the warm pastel sky with golden clouds. The sky is as immense as the possibilities that are open to her – and though she is on the ground it is as if her spirit can fly.
