“Synchronicity”

This painting to me is a meaningful coincidence. I was playing with abstract concepts and watercolor effects in acrylic paint during a fun painting session with my friend Danielle. We’re very much different people but also have quite a few things in common. Anyways flash forward to months later and here we are playing Pokemon Go and we’re on teams red and blue. Maybe it’s just me.. maybe I’m drawing conclusions out of thin air but to me now this painting seems to represent our friendship – and that makes me happy!
