One of the things that keeps me coming back to Korean dramas again and again is that the chemistry is hit or miss.

I know that may seem like a strange answer, but because they don’t all have great chemistry, the dramas where they have it really stand out memorably. Like anything in life, sometimes there can be too much of a good thing and if there were always good chemistry then maybe I would take it for granted? Just a thought..

Anyways, there are so very many couples that could be considered for a list such as this one, but I wrote in my top 5 picks of most memorable couples with great chemistry. And even this list changed before and during the filming process. For instance, I wasn’t sure if Coffee Prince was going to be my number 1 or 2 pick, but after thinking about how long I shipped this couple verses It’s Okay That’s Love and how despite being made so many years ago before all the glitz, glamour and hot and heavy smexxy scenes, that this drama brought all of that and great timeless chemistry. It really was quite steamy.. and by that I mean steamed milk with coffee.. and really, who doesn’t love coffee? Okay, maybe not everyone, but I love it.. and I love Gong Yoo and Yoon Eun Hye together.. if only they had made a Coffee Prince 2.
