It’s 2014!!! And with a new year and a new month you now what that means: New Korean dramas for ALL OF US!!!!!

I gotta say, overall, I’m not as particularly hyped about these dramas as I am about the ones I’m currently watching. But there are some actors that are drawing my attention, and I’ll most definitely give their dramas a look. Or two. Or ten. Heck, maybe I’ll watch the whole thing lol.

For instance, I Need Romance 3. I have never actually watched any of the dramas in the I Need Romance series, perhaps because the title is too blatant and I never want to admit that I need some good romance. Just like I’ll never admit to watching the first Twilight movie. ..Oh wait, I did. I really did like Bang Sung Joon in Shut Up Flower Boy Band and I really wanna keep watching him in more dramas because I think he’s going to be a drama force to be reckoned with.

The other one that’s really intriguing to me is Inspiring Generation. I really like the overall idea of where they are going with it, though it seems a bit risky to do an all Korean drama in old China. But then again that’s what they are doing with Empress Ki and it’s phenomenal. Part of the reason why I’m on the fence for this one is Kim Hyun Joong. Don’t get me wrong I think he is smexy and I absolutely loved him in We Got Married. I think he’s a really cool guy. But, Personal Kiss was atrocious. He was probably the weakest out of the 3 countries in Boys Over Flowers for his character. And they cancelled his last drama after putting out a crap ton of hype about it. So I will be watching at least the first couple episodes of this one when it comes out and we’ll see where it goes from there.
