Yoon Eun Hye hasn’t made a drama this year, but she’s set to start filming a movie with Park Shi Hoo with the working title Love After Love. Her management set up a fan cafe for her birthday on October 3rd, the fan cafe being an online forum where fans can write to her and she would personally write back. Sort of a direct connection to her fans if you will.

Well, in the span of about 24 hours or so, she wrote a slightly cryptic message and the cafe was shut down. The message was something along the lines of don’t attack me, my family and friends. This led some people to speculate that she was getting mad at her fans for telling her that she should reconsider this movie role. When in fact what was happening was some people were literally blasting her, her friends and family, and even harrassing her in person.

So anyways, this video is my thoughts on the matter. I’m just trying to clear up any misconception that are going around and start a conversation about the realities of being involved in the Korean entertainment world. The fans here are sometimes really crazy, and sometimes effect the celebrities to the extreme.
