You guyz know I try to keep up to date on the most current, happenin’ dramas in Korea and other parts of Asia. But, if you’re anything like me, sometimes you want to marathon a drama instead of just waiting week to week for episodes to be subbed.

So, I thought I would change it up a bit and take a look back at some oldies but goodies from the year 2000.

Nowadays, these dramas often get overshadowed by the latest, hottest, youngest, freshest, yada yada yada. But since I’m always on the lookout for something good to watch, regardless of whether it’s brand new or not, I though I would give a video like this a shot. I can’t be the only one a bit curious about what some of the Asian dramas were really like before

And even for me, these are so old that I haven’t even seen any of them yet. What about you guyz, have you seen any of these 5 dramas I listed in the video? If so I’m really curious about what you thought of them! ☺

The one I’m looking most forward to checking out if I can find it subbed is my number 1, Autumn’s Tale. The story for this one is not so unusual, as the sister identity, separation at birth has long been rooted in Korean drama land. It’s a long established story plotline for many drama lovers, and has obviously been going back for a long time. The real reason to watch this one though is the star-studded cast. If you were a fan of That Winter, The Wind Blows, then in this one you’ll get to see early Song Hye Gyo. This one also stars Song Seung Heon. And is it just me, but has Song Hye Gyo and Song Seung Heon barely aged in the last 14 years? Korean genetics? Maybe. Plastic surgery? …..maybe lol. But either way they both are still looking really good. I also think Song Seung Heon has increased his muscular stature too. Nice one baby.

Oh, and Won Bin is in this one too! I admit, I’ve never actually watch anything he’s acted in, but I’ve seen plenty of photos of him. Pleeeeeenn-taaaaay. And he’s smexy. It definitely gives me more motivation to check this one out too.

So, what did you think about this new concept? Should I do another flashback video like this? If so, which year should I tackle next? Let me know, I’d love to hear what you think!

Happy Drama Watching! ☺
