Van Glow-in-the-Dark

I wanted to make a Van Gogh inspired glow in the dark painting to have fun with my new blacklight and phosphorescent paint. After hours of tiny brush strokes with regular and glow in the dark paint I created a painting that I believe has movement and layers of vibrancy. I also love how it takes on a different but equally lovely appearance in daylight or under black light.
